The job of providing internet services to a mass of people is a tough job,
but someone has to do it. Usually the job has been run by
phone companies, but recently anyone with the money, experience, and time
to sit down and make a network can do it. What you really need
is an upstream internet service provider (ISP) to buy off of.
After you have your upstream ISP in place you can
distribute internet to an entire city of people!
